Tasting Notes
A well-constructed and pleasant wine with a vibrant pink hue. Upon opening, a bouquet of citrus and peach explodes out of the bottle. On the palate, the acidity is well-balanced accompanied by notes of apples, apricot and a subtle hint of ripe berries.
Food Pairing
An amazing wine to pair with light dishes like salad, fish meals, shellfish, or as an aperitif. It can also be enjoyed by itself. Best serve at 10-12° C.
